Hey there @Manny2.  In most cases, the funds should show up in your Square Balance almost immediately — within a few minutes at most.  However, I’m assuming here that by “your account” you mean your Square Balance/Checking account and not your bricks-and-mortar bank account.  If you mean the latter, that takes 1-2 business days after the transfer is initiated.

Also, sometimes something happens to delay funds being posted.  One of the best examples I can think of is that a customer chooses to pay an invoice via ACH.  Funds sent through the national ACH system can take 3-5 business days to arrive at our banks.  That’s not a Square delay but rather a delay in how the ACH processes and moves money around.   Unfortunately, America is rather backwards in how we handle that.  Most truly advanced countries have a much better, faster ACH-type system than ours, but as we all know our entire economy is driven by how much money is donated to politicians.  Ugh.

Anyway, as long as your customer didn’t pay via ACH, and as long as no one disputed the transaction, I would expect your funds to be in your Square Balance now, since you posted this three hours ago.
