I have tried to use my Square banking card 2 nights in a row now. When I made the inital purchase I was denied, then I tried again and it went through. Now tonight it's flagging this establishment as fraud and it isn't and took a payment from them last night. How can I mark it isn't fraud? I am about a week in to Square and I seem to enjoy it besides this mishap so far. I would hate to have to find another bank.

I am glad to hear Square has been going well expect for this! There wouldn't be a way to for you to go in and mark the payment as not fraudulent. If Account Services reached out and asked for more information about the payment you would need to submit the requested information.
