Delete Bank Account

I need to delete / un-link Bank account.    System gives option to add new ones but never delete existing ones.

Also,  Is there any Customer Service with SquareUP ?

I do not see Phone # or Support-Email-address ?

I don't believe there is a way for merchants to remove bank accounts once they're verified. Probably a safety feature in case your account gets compromised?

You can definitely reach out to support and they can help you figure it out. The best/easiest way to reach support is to follow the link in my signature. Please already be logged into your account to make the process easier. To get directly to the support number and your customer number, scroll to the More option then the button marked "I don't see my issue." If you have phone support on your account you will be given a phone number link.

All you need to do is call customer support and they will verify who you are and delete the account

Hi RY7,

Did you add a new bank account ?   I believe you need to add a new account before you can delete an old account (this is assuming there are no outstanding transactions in the works with the old account).   As for contacting Customer Support - you can get the info you need through your Square Account Support Section - you need to start with automated chat portion first to get the number.
