when appointments are rescheduled...

the email notification that gets sent out as the "rescheduled" appointment does not include the original time and date of the original appointment that was made.  it becomes time consuming as the entire week is filled, and so looking through an appointment book is wasting time.  especially for those who are single operators without office support.  please help!
