I have no show protection toggled off and it is still asking my clients to enter a credit card. How do I remove this? I do not want clients to be required to enter a credit card when booking.

from your online dashboard:
Appointments > settings > Payments & Cancellations
make sure the require a card on file to book online is toggled off
