When will we be able to add options to services for online booking?

I own a salon and have used Square for at least 10 years. It is perfect in every way except for one:  I would like clients to be able to add options to services and service variations.

 

I offer some services that can be customized with add-ons. For example, I offer 8 variations of facials and also offer 17 options that can be added on to any facial. I currently have 'Facials > Facial Variations' and then 'Facial Enhancements > Facial Enhancements Variations' as separate services with variations. Facial Enhancements must be booked along with a Facial. From the Facial Enhancements, clients can only choose one variation when booking online even though they may want to choose more than one. If I list the enhancements as separate services instead of variations of a service, my menu becomes too long and confusing for clients to scroll through. Clients will also sometimes choose enhancements as a stand alone service, whether they are listed as separate services or service variations. Adding instructions to these enhancements does not help because clients don't always read. When this happens, I have to go through the trouble of contacting the client, explaining the issue and correcting it. Don't restaurants have options like these? When will we? How is everyone else handling this predicament?

I second this request! I would like to have this same exact feature for the same exact reason. I know we are not the only ones who want to simplify our services menu and still offer customized add-on options for clients who could even select more than one upgrade if they desire. I would also like for the feature to have the option for us to put in how much time that customized add-on service would take because not all options require the same amount of time. Using @BohoHairStudio example of a facial, let's say it was a 60 minute spa facial. Facial customized add-on options could be: HydroJelly Mask Upgrade (+15 mins), LED Light (+20 mins), Dermaplane Add-on (+35 min) - if the client chose one or more, the total service time needs to be adjusted so the appointment reflects enough time to do everything they want. Will this be something that is coming soon @JJ_ ?   Thanks!

While I don't see this on the roadmap at the moment, your detailed feedback helps us keep track of the features we can improve on.
