Website gone

I spent 2 days making a website, after publishing I sent it to only a few trusted people to adjust before putting it up on my socials and today when I went to edit it, the information was gone, the appointment options are gone, everything is gone, and the link that used to bring others to my booking page says "page not found" now. What happened? What can I do so this doesn't happen again?
