Square Messaging Service Sends Individual Conversations to ALL EMPLOYEES! Why??

Every time a message is sent or received to individuals that same message is sent to my ENTIRE staff. This includes messages that I send to clients. This also enables my employees to jump into the conversation I am personally having with a client. This is a very strange feature of this service. It's similar to you emailing a client and all conversations are sent to your entire company. 

As the owner, I should be able to view the conversations through Square if I need to but it's very odd that all of my staff are texted the conversation and they can jump into the conversation. To add, my employees are getting a tremendous and unnecessary amount of texts throughout the day regardless if the message has anything to do with them. 

Multiple calls to customer service has left the issue unresolved.
