Scheduling Link / Booking Flow (link) / Service Details / Text Formatting

I didn't know where else to put this.

I primarily use the Dashboard to add and modify my services for my Massage Business.

When creating and/or editing the service, it gives me the option to enter details for the service, but NOT the different options if I create different options. Is there a way to enter details for JUST the different, specific options? AND have those "option" specific details show up on the "booking flow" when clients review and book a service option?

Also...is there a way to maintain the text formatting (bold, italics, bullets, etc.)? It maintains on Square Dashboard and in the Apps, but for some reason the text formatting is lost when a link is posted on an external website (not Square Online).
