Name Change Options

What's the best way to reflect a name change due to relationship status change (I'm marriage,  divorce)?

Is transferring to yourself a good option or just making another account?

What are some pros and cons of doing either to your current square account.?

I don't want to mess up anything.

Great question! We understand that this might be frustrating, but currently, the system only allows updating the Account Owner's name through the process of transferring ownership. We don't have the feature to edit the original account-opening name at this time.
