Migrating from Acuity to Square

I am swapping from Acuity to Square, but I have a bunch of memberships and gift card codes that I need to change over as well.  Is there a way to do this?

Also, my monthly members get free time (we charge by the hour) at my studio.  Can square appointments do that, or just the dollar amount/%?

While we are unable to transfer memberships into the platform, there are some gift card types that can be imported. However, this would be account specific, and you would need to reach out to our direct Customer Success team. For help on getting the migration process started, feel free to give them a call at (855) 700-6000. Their hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

In regards to your second question about monthly members receiving free studio time, could you please provide more details about the specific information you're looking for?

I will reach out to them today, thank you!  I run a sim racing lounge and my membership levels give free time each month to use.  So for instance my bronze membership costs $50, but in exchange they get 1.5 hours of drive time on any of my simulators (each having different cost).  Is there a way I can set it up like that?

So Square Appointments does not currently offer a specific function for exchanging memberships for free time. The system is strictly designed to provide discounts in either dollar or percentage deductions on sales or services. 

However, you are able to setup a discount code or custom service that can work as "free time" and then manually apply it to the customer's transaction.
