How do I make my appointments available for my customers all my days are grey.

We have two guides that may be some assistance to you. The first one, Manage Square Appointments is an overview of setting up you (and staff) hours. This should solve for the issue you posted about. I recommend paying attention to the section Manage Staff Schedules
If you believe you have already setup your availability properly, we have a guide for Troubleshoot Your Appointments as well. This guide will go into greater detail by walking you through checking various settings throughout your account that may be causing the calendar to not display your availability correctly.
