Displaying only certain appointments

We use square appointments.  Some appointments are for offsite and some are for onsite.   Onsite appointments are for tours and we can have up to 20 concurrent.   We do all transactions in square but keep tour  appointments in a text file as it would be impossible manage in the calendar.   It would also be difficult to differentiate offsite appointments from onsite tours.   Is there way to have the calendar only display specific appointments or services at a time or a work around for this.
