Is it just me or has customer service completely tanked in the last year at least? Like it’s truly ineffective. Every time I call, I have to be transferred 5 times to escalate someone who may know and then I end up figuring it out myself. Or trying to chat online and waiting 15 mins then 4 mins between every message and then getting disconnected after not promptly responding because there was no alert. Hate it, gonna switch to glossgenius.
ANYWAY
todays impossible question to answer for square customer service is regarding sales tax and discounts.
How do I collect sales tax on the full price and not the discounted price after I apply them?
Does this setting exist?
