Birthday party slots and keeping cafe items off of calendar

I am testing out Square Appointments for a play cafe where we have a full service cafe and book birthdays and events. 

I can't seem to find a way to create a schedule on the calendar to keep a recurring time schedule for birthday party slots. Example I would like on Saturday's to only have 3 slots available 12-2, 3-5, 6-8 but I can't seem to create time slots like that.

Also is there a way to keep certain items like all my cafe drinks etc off of the list of items they can choose when scheduling an appointment?

Lastly is there a way to have modifiers show when booking an appointment, we have options of add on packages but I can't seem to get the modifiers to pull up when trying to book.
