Appointments: How do I add a profile picture?

When client are booking I want them to see my picture/owner when they click book with me. How do I add it?

👋 @Jolovestruck, great question! You can add a photograph of yourself as your business logo. That way your picture will appear at the top of your Appointments online booking site, and at the top of the screen when a client signs in to make an appointment.

 

To add a profile picture as your logo:

  1. Sign in to your online Square Dashboard > navigate to Account & Settings.
  2. Click Business > Locations > Click on the name of your location.
  3. Scroll down to Branding > click Upload to add a new profile picture > click Save.

Keep in mind your logo will also appear on digital receipts, and on Square Invoices too!

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋 

 

It sounds like you're trying to add profile pictures for your staff in Square Appointments, which you can do by heading to Appointments > Staff. From there, click on the staff member you'd like to edit to upload a profile picture. Please let us know how you go!

Is there a specific place this needs to be done. I cannot add a phone through the app or dashboard

You should be able to add a phone number for your Staff Members by visiting their Staff Profile on the Square Dashboard @Withthegoodhair.

Hello, that was my issue as well, being that I have multiple locations, my receipts for my booking location are not showing on the receipts only on invoices. What am I not doing? Also, when a booking or invoice is made it's not saying the correct location. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Thanks for writing in with this question 🙂

 

If you have multiple locations, it's possible that the booking site is set up for the wrong one. You can deactivate locations you're not using here by selecting the location in question and then clicking deactivate

 

You can also check which location you're sending invoices from via this drop-down in your Invoices Dashboard:

 

 

Lastly, to check that you're in the right location on your mobile Point of Sale app, tap More > Scroll all the way down > Sign out. A list of your locations will be displayed when you're signing back so you can make sure you're in the right place.

I use all my locations and make sure to check which one I am using. I have checked the receipts for each location and they are all correct, but for some reason they are not populating correctly. I had to pause my business until I can figure out this issue.

hello, how can i add a profile picture to a client/customer?

in the video selling the square stand, the checkout shows the customer in the top right corner, Lauren Noble. She has a profile pic.

How can i add a profile pic to my customers.

The Square Stand ad is showing a demo of an unreleased feature. It isn't currently possible to add Profile Pictures to customers on Square Point of Sale. We apologize for this confusion.

yes

 

Go to your square dashboard, appointments, staff. Hit button ADD STAFF, at the very top next to NAME, PHONE & EMAIL there's a button UPLOAD. hit that to upload a profile pic.

But, if you want to change the photo to a different one, how do you do it? I've gone in to edit staff profiles, but the upload photo button isn't there to CHANGE a photo...only when initially adding staff. Where can I find this option? And, how do I change my own (owner) staff photo?

In order to change your Appointments Profile picture you will need to visit the Appointments' section on the Square Dashboard. After getting there you will click on Staff and then select the profile you would like to modify.
