We’re thrilled to announce that the Square Champions program is now accepting new applications! From September 30 to October 14, Square users in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia can apply to join this exclusive community of Experts, Innovators, and Advisors. If you’re passionate about Square and want to take your dedication and advocacy to the next level, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What is the Square Champions program?
In 2016 Square started the Super Seller program, which recognized our top contributors in the Square Community. In June of 2024 we rebranded the program to Square Champions to recognize Square users for the diverse ways they champion our brand. Within the program we have three roles our Square Champions can participate in: Experts, Innovators, and/or Advisors.
🌟 Experts
Experts are the warm and welcoming faces who greet and assist Square Community members, fostering meaningful relationships, providing expert solutions, and ensuring that everyone feels at home and supported in the Square Community.
🚀 Innovators
Innovators are all about empowering our most loyal Square users to be a part of the product feedback and building aspect of Square. Their thoughtful observations and beta product testing assist Square in achieving our mission to create accessible, innovative, and user-friendly financial tools and services for our sellers.
Advisors contribute to our mentorship program, amplify the Square message on social media, speak at Community events, actively refer businesses to Square, and lead meaningful conversations in the Community, making them essential advocates of the Square brand and mission.

The application process
Applying is simple. We’re looking for experienced Square users who are excited about our products and eager to share their knowledge. Applications will be reviewed based on your advocacy experience, your passion for the program, and your commitment to being a dedicated Square Champion. We’ll email decisions by early November!
