Wholesale Contract For Charity Wholesale & Donations
Hello,
I am currently working with a charity organization for production of their clothing and event gear. I personally hand drew and created their logo and event shirt design that they plan on using for future years. I know that I am the legal owner of the designs and I can give them rights to use their stuff I created.
But, I am wondering how to go about putting them into contract with me to guarantee that they will be coming to me for future years to produce their items that I am capable of making. Especially, seeing as, I am the one who created everything.
Let me also add that I am giving them 50% of all profits. Which is huge compared to most companies.

Hello Townsendarts,
Suggest consulting with a lawyer or legal professional who specializes in intellectual property or copyright law to ensure that the contract meets your specific needs and complies with the relevant laws in your jurisdiction. As this is a community made up of business owners, we're not able or technically qualified to provide legal advice is scenarios such as this. You will need a legal professional.
