I currently use Wix but I don't get any traffic. I pay a lot of money each year and it's impossible to keep up with inventory when I sell through several social media platforms as well as at in-person events! After reading these comments, I think I'm going to take a close look at the Square website and see what I think!

Weebly via Square - to be honest, it has been one of my easiest experiences with an eCommerce website, after trying with numerous other platforms. Easily connects to my square terminal, and easy to set up new categories etc.

I use Aplus.net for my hosting company. For my website design I use Zen Cart. Easy customization. I have been using Zen Cart since 2014. I have it set up to do both Retail and Wholesale for my Braille Manufacturing business that I have been doing now for twenty six years.
HI, @ElisabethB I use Square Online. I enjoy helping the Square Community with their online store questions.
TERRI
I only have my Square website, Weebly charges me a monthly fee to publish. I obtained it thru Godaddy. User friendly with a minimal learning curve.
Since we are retail AND online we use Square for everything. It is crucial that our inventory syncs at all time as we have thousand of products. We have heard that Shopify has more "bells and whistles" but for a small business of our sales size, we love all the small business tools square has to offer- we pretty much use 'em all.

I own a Cookie delivery company. I bake the cookies and have them delivered. I use WIX and have it integrated with Square for door dash and other same day delivery services.
I am a reseller of Heart internet- I also have WIx, Weebly and the software to upload dreamweaver templates - I went full on weebly in March 2020 due to Pandemic, inventory and cross over ease as we used invoices and inventory. We're still trying to work out - post pandemic - should our website be "portfolio" "Dynamic" or as a store? - we do not ship our goods only local delivery - This week I just simplified the site. The need for video - animation is an avenue we want to revisit. I know there are ways round this on platforms - but I don't want a similar video coming up from a rival, once the they've played ours using you tube vimeo tik tok etc. reels..
What are you selling? That may help decide which platform to use?
Flowers / training to Japanese students / weddings / no fixed prices / perishables. I've had a website since 1997 - it's more about what the clients want for 2022/3
My website for 2012 was designed by Helsinki Degree graduates ( in 2011) for their MA - our 2016 website was mainly showreel video.

We have a ยฎ registered trademark issue in that we can't do anything educational using one of my registered trademarks - so even if we show how to make something on Insatgram or reels tik tok we are in breach of Trade marks and copyright. It's a little complicated๐

Do you officially own the Copyright or Trademark? or using someone's Trademark? if you are using someone else's trademark, i can understand that situation. I own my own Trademark and Copyrights for my business. I have been in business now for over 26 years. I do my own line of Braille Greeting Cards.

I used to use Wix but I had to upgrade to sell stuff (I'm currently unemployed) so I switched to square.
