The ability to customize the email notifications is great, however the sms notification is very limited. Allowing customization, if possible, would be a welcome upgrade.

@nailsbyjlyn @Kenzi Right now you can only edit the email confirmations for Square Appointment and we're tracking the request to be able to edit text messages too! We'll share any updates in this thread.

 

@Kenzi You can change the cut-off time that a client can cancel an Appointment from the Calendar & Booking section of your Appointments Dashboard: 

  1. Scroll down to Online Scheduling.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu below Cut-off time for allowing clients to cancel or reschedule > choose a new time.
  3. Click Save.

We would like to have a zoom link sent to our clients automatically in their square appointment confirmation email.  Is this possible?

my clients receive a reminder about there appt some are able to respond and some can't plus the phone number that appears is not mine so it is not a working how do i change this

Hey @Heidik6- Make sure that your phone number is listed correctly under the Locations tab of your Online Dashboard. That's where the info pulls from.

How can I add my cancellation policy to appointment reminders? It shows when they book online but i want the customer to see it if i book the appointment for them. 

How can I send a note via text and email to a customer when they are booking a service? When you are booking the appointment for them, you can write in a message to them, but it only shows up in the email that is sent to them. I’d like a note to show up as a text when it sends a booking/confirming/reminder text. I want them to know the Covid regulations right when they book, as well as the reminder text. Is there a way to have a standard message that goes out to everyone with any of the services booked?

Agree this feature needs to be added to Square. I would also love to see an option for videoconferencing vs. phone or physical address, given most of my clients are now seen over Zoom. Please, Square, add these features!

   How do I update my confirmation text message to my clients, so my business address and phone number is listed in the text message.  Also, how do I take how that their appointment has been accepted once I schedule the appointment, I do not allow online booking for my business at this time.
