Here is a Google Support Center article that goes over how to print your calendar from their platform. I hope this is a helpful workaround until we develop our own print calendar feature. Thanks again, and I'll make sure to post in this thread when/if I hear anything about a calendar/appointment print feature from Square.
i too need this feature. Having multiple providers and having to hand print each providers clients, type of service, time of appt, length of service is very cumbersome and time consuming. when they add this feature, please allow the business owner to add or remove information prior to printing. in our case, providers only get clients first name, length and type of service and time, plus appt notes.
I have many standing appointments for clients that like to schedule for at least a year in advance. Why is there no option under the client's info in the directory to click and print the list of upcoming appointments? As I continue to navigate through Square Appointments and learn this new system, I am disappointed and baffled as to the little things that have been missed. Some of which that have continually been asked for for years that I've seen in the discussions, and still have not been updated...for example: the merging of tickets. The beauty industry can not be the only ones that could use this feature? Does Square Appointments actually have licensed beauty professionals helping to create and give input for their program? It does not seem like it, unfortunately. A simple look through this seller group/community could make a world of difference on the efficiency of this system! It's good, but it could be great!
