Feature Request: Schedule multiple staff for single appointment

Hello. I'm wondering how I can set up scheduling couples massages? I need to be able to have two employees selected when they choose this appointment type. I've tried explaining to a customer the steps to take to schedule two appointments for the same time with two different therapists but this showed to be too inconvenient and they said they'd rather just call in. 

Any help appreciated.

Hey @Skp, welcome to the seller community!

I went to check on this request and the ability to process separate sales for each provider on one ticket isn't available at this time. Thank you for showing why this feature is important for your spa.

For now, you'll need to process each service separately to make sure the proper employee gets credit. Appreciate your patience as we make improvements based on seller feedback!

Hey @jaqedfitspa  - Ditto to Nika's post above, I'm afraid there's no timeline to share about this feature thus far. We'll loop back here when we hear about updates.

We have been with Square over 2 years now, and we are desperately in need of scheduling multiple employees to one job. We operate a Cleaning Company in Arkansas, presently we are using other scheduling application to schedule our employees. We would prefer to have one software to do all our work, more than having 2 or more to get the job done. I love using Square it has been a good platform for our online appointments and also a great way to receive Capital, would love for this vital piece to be available soon. That would definitely make us happier in serving our customers and having our employees running smoothly with just using one software.

I moved your question over to this thread where you can see that this is a feature request. Unfortunately I don't have any new updates to share, but if and when this becomes available in our Appointments system, we'll let everyone know here in the Community.

Not to mention the THREE transaction fees that are charged each time. As far as I can tell this feature has been requested for over 3 years 😞

@Nicolette No. The focus by Square of what features are added to Appointments has been misguided. I would not recommend it if you're in need of scheduling software. We are still using it, though, we've grown to loath it. Slow to implement new features, lack of fundamental features a salon or spa needs, poor online scheduling, the website is very slow, it's expensive in comparison to others, and I could go on. We've been looking into other options.

We run a Makeup & Hair studio and were wondering if there is a way to book 2 staff members for 1 service?

For example, if a client wishes to get makeup services by provider A and hair Styling from provider B in the same booking how do we enter this into square? 

Secondly, can a client book two service providers for two separate services in one booking?

For example, client wants make up services from provider A and Hair styling from provider B, how can a client book this using Square?

Definitely a request we've heard before and is still being tracked on this thread. I moved you to join the others that way we can easily find you once there is some good new to share around this feature's  future release.

For now, your client will need to book their makeup and hair in two separate slots.

I've noticed similar things! There are other options with way more flexibility, customization and features for less. They really need to step it up.
