Feature Request: Limit the quantity of an item a customer can purchase on my Square Online website

I have a very limited number inventory on an item in my online store. Is there a way to limit the number a customer can purchase in a single transaction? Example: "Limit 4 per Customer".

This is not available at this time but a great Feature that would be.

Our Square-powered, white-label mobile apps have this. Are you only open to selling tickets via the web or one particular way though?

I have several items in my store that I can't make available online because I would need to limit them to a quantity of 2 or 5.  Is there a way we can do this since square has updated

We are always introducing new features during updates, but the ability to limit the quantity your customers are able to purchase during a transaction is not something we've added just yet. What is the hold back. This is an important feature that needs to be implemented ASAP.

Simply limit the number of items one can purchase. Come on Square!!

We need this, please!  Especially now.  Square please consider this for your next update!

This is something that would be extremely useful for my cabinet business to allow a customer to select 1 style and 1 finish and prevent them from adding multiples. This is still not full proof for me, since I'm trying to do options that apply to every single item, but probably the closest solution that I'm seeing at the moment with square online.

Is this still not available? I won't be able to switch to Square without it.

To be frank, square isn't going to do anything about this. They don't give a **bleep** about it and the years of complaints and request show.

Safe to assume nothing is being done about this feature? I see the question was originally asked in 2018 and there is lots of support for this feature.

This request to limit the quantity a customer can order/buy would be extremely useful for us.

Is there any indication of when it will be released?

Even if it is planned to be programmed or not?
