👋 Hey @toddcampbell. What you've noticed is right, there isn't a way to rearrange the order of staff that appear in the Our Staff section of your online Appointments booking site. I agree that would be useful and we're tracking that feature request in this thread.
In the meantime, as the 'Our Staff' list is alphabetical so I wonder if a workaround would help? Could you change your Display Name to something like Appointments Manager - Todd? Keep in mind whatever you enter as the Staff name or Display name will appear in email/text confirmations sent to your clients!
also: until this is a feature, is there a work-around? ie, if we embed the appointment calendar, is there any access to the code that we could hard-code an order that we like better?
Hello @katja, currently this is still a feature request that we're tracking. Right now we don't have any work-around's to offer, but I'll make sure to surface your comments to the Appointments Team!

I need to customize the display order of my Staff on my appointment booking page at my business... It seems that the order displayed is configured by first name only with no option to edit... I need to have my name show first before the other staff... Is this possible?

When clients are booking an online appointment. I see where we can modify the order of services being offered but not the sylists' names. How can we switch up and custom the order of how the stylists names are popping up? I feel like its unfair to the list of names at the bottom because people tend to just choose the first name viewing from their smartphones and not taking the time to scroll down to choose other stylists.....
The staff names are currently only able to be displayed in alphabetical order. We’ve seen some businesses add a prefix to their staff members names as a workaround. For example (Hair Stylist: Jasmin, Aesthetician: Michael). I hope this helps!
