Can you export a report of all invoices?

Hi...looking for some assistance with this. I'm working on break-even analysis and would like a way to export all of my invoices that includes the invoice total as well as amount paid (separating out the tip).  Any ideas? I'm trying to avoid opening each invoice to pull the info manually. Thanks

Update! You can now export all of your Invoices to a CSV file to see invoice details such as customer details, invoice status - and it separates the tip too. You can also view a new Outstanding Invoices report from your Square Dashboard.

I found the transactions, and see how to export them.  But I want the entire year.  How do I do a date range??

Hey @Lovely_JoLyn! You should see the date selector in the top left corner of your screen. Just click on the date to change it! 😀

Hi y'all! While this isn't a built in feature in the Invoices tab, I realized that you can still accomplish this from the Transactions tab within the Sales tab. When you export the  Transactions .CSV, there is a column for "Source." If you received payment by Invoice, this cell will say "Invoice." You should be able to sort by this column and then delete the other rows that aren't invoices. Try it out and let me know if you run into any trouble!

How can I filter between invoices and sales at the retail store? Transaction report has them intermingled.  Can't find a filter that will work to separate.  I tried Device but that did not work.

Took me a bit but I figured it out for you.  If you pull a Transaction report and export the transactions csv file you can find invoices under the column "source".  I simple sort or filter will help to highlight them.  Just remember Invoices don't post to transactions until they are paid.

Yes, but that only shows completed transactions, not outstanding invoices. It would be great if there was a way to export a list of amount requested via invoice, amount received (by category, ideally), and amount outstanding.

An invoice specific report would be a good way for Invoice users to keep track of everything.

Any update on this? This would be really great for year end work as well. I would love to be able to export Invoice info, and who the customer attached was
