We need to be able to customize the downloadable CSV

Our donut business sells at a weekly farmers' market. We take preorders during the week and have to make and pack those orders on Market Day. We would like a spreadsheet the has a column for the customer name, columns for each donut flavor we sell so we know how many of each donut the customer requested. We also need a column that tallies all of the customer's donuts, and finally, a column that shows how much each customer paid. We need this simple spreadsheet design to help with our packaging. Right now all the donut flavors are showing up by name in one column. So we have to make our own spreadsheet and the entire process is redundant.
