Can I set up repeating appointments for training session that will be Mon-Fri for 6 weeks at a time?

Are you referring to appointment frequency? If so, it sounds like the degree of customization you've described isn't yet available with Square Appointments. You would have to manually set the followups for these trainings. Right now, built-in automated frequency settings are day, week, month, and year. You can set the date for ending repeating appointments as needed.
