Hi,
We collect orders throughout the week, bake granola on one day, and fulfill shortly after. In obtaining a count for how many bags we sold, I used the Item/Category Sales reports. I just discovered that there is no way to view a consolidated count of cancelled items. These are items that were cancelled prior to fulfillment, so they are not returns, and do not appear as returns.
Am I missing something? Will this reporting capability be added in the future?

Thank you for coming back to the Community with your questions.
Reporting's main concern is with completed orders, so sellers can see their funds, inventory, and everything else. But I can see how being able to view Cancelled Items would benefit how you prepare and run your business.
Since a report like this isn't available, I will send this off as a Feature Request to our Product Team. Keep an eye on our Product Update emails & posts for any new launches.
