Hello,
Is there a way for me to record a refund that was done by cash when the original payment method was credit card or debit?

Hello - is there any update on this feature? We just had a customer yesterday who wanted to exchange an item. Since we cannot exchange in Square, we would have had to refund the original item and sell the lower cost item. Instead, we decided to calculate the difference manually and give her the difference. She wanted her refund of the difference in cash because it would take too long for it to show back up on her card. We were okay with that, but had to complete the refund of the difference off of the books because there was no other option to record the difference in Square. Had we been able to refund her the amount of the difference in cash (or process an exchange), our register would have balanced at the end of the night.
