I love that the timecard displays in red once someone is in overtime, but it would be nice if there was an alert before they went into overtime.
Yellow alert? Once a person is within 4-5 hours of 40 hours, or whatever overtime is, it would display in yellow like it does the red.
It would also be nice to get an email notification to the owner that tells us when someone is about to reach overtime.
Scheduling is great and helps, but we are very fluid with hours depending on volume. Sometimes a person needs to stay late a couple days and we don't realize they are going to be in overtime. Of course it's our job to keep an eye on these things, but an alert would be helpful when we're busy.
