Is there a feature forthcoming that allows "Items" notifications?
It would be an awesome feature to be able to:
- add alerts options for indiviaual ITEMS
- an ITEM such as a "Diagnostic Repair" that sends an email to a designated email address
- an ITEM is flagged for email notification to a diffent email address than the account email address (customizable).
- This would allow for easy syncronization with a ticketing system
- make it where you could select certain data fields as content from the transaction: ie: Customer Name & info, Description,
