How do you enter cost for an item in Square Point of Sale?

I'm testing out Square POS to see if it's a good fit for us and already stumped at entering cost. How do you enter cost for an item in Point of Sale (NOT Retail)?

Welcome to the Community, @80881k - 

Are you looking to enter a Cost of Goods Sold? This feature is only available in the Square for Retail platform within Square. 

Adding this feature to regular Point of Sale would be a Feature Request. I would be happy to tag it as such, for our Product Team.
