Hi,
I would LOVE the ability to set up automated follow up emails to my clients after they have a session with me. This would tremendously help me get more reviews and grom my online presence. Thanks.

This would be an awesome add-on to the Square ecosystem! Hopefully one of the admins here will add this to the feature request list! 🙂
In the meantime, there are a few things you can do:
Enabled by default is a "How did we do?" section on the bottom of your digital receipts. Your clients can click on a Smiley or Frowney face and leave your more information. You can see what they say on the Customers -> Feedback section of your dashboard. (Comments here aren't public, though: these only come to you)
You may want to consider looking at some of the automated email campaigns that are already available on the Marketing section of your dashboard. They won't be as visit-specific as a followup email, but you can get pretty close.
One of the automated email options is to ask for FB reviews. I think that would help you out a lot.
