Can you use Square Appointments to book a room or space?

So I want the booking to be able to select dif varying prices that show up based on customer's selecting a certain square footage amount. I also need them to be able to add a la carte prices and input addresses for locations to be serviced. Is this possible?

I also need a field where they can enter the gate code and alarm code etc

Currently the starting from price field or varying price field allows me to input a price but does not allow me to set the other varying price points. Is this possible or am I wasting my time.

Hello @Dami83, Square Appointments isn't really geared towards booking a space. This is a popular feature request and our Product Team is looking into it. I'll make sure to flag your post for our Product Team.

 

Right now, I haven't heard of any viable work arounds for using Appointments to book a space.

I have 4 staff but 3 treatment rooms. Does Square Appointments have an option to show room bookings so all 4 staff are not booked without room availability?

Welcome to the Seller Community and thanks for surfacing this! It looks like another seller asked a similar question and we are tracking this request in another thread: Can you use Square Appointments to book a room or space? For now, you may need to sort out the room availability manually, after your client has requested an appointment.
