Can you turn off the NFC sound for the Contactless and Chip Card reader?

Hi There - is there anyway to turn off the sounds on the NFC device when the payment acceptance is ready?

Hi @browsly! The Contactless and Chip card reader will always beep - and show 4 green lights - after a completed transaction (tap or dip).

I've moved this to the Feature Request board. If you have time to share why you'd like to turn off the sound for contatless payments only that would be great insight to the Payments team!

Hi Helen - thanks or the information.  What about the payment request has timed out?  It makes a sound that it has timed out?  is that possible to turn off?

I'm afraid not @browsly. If settings are added to turn off the sound in future we'll update this thread!
