I keep getting good reviews for flower deliveries but I think I'm the only one who can see them. Can I link it to my business website delivery page,( not on Square)?.

@SuzyQ @Me @mototireguy - Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on this topic. It does sound like this would be a great feature to have. It's nice to brag a little when you get positive reviews! While we don't currently offer any way to share these statistics, I'll be sure to share this request with our product liaison team! Check out this thread for more details on what that process looks like.
As for a possible workaround, have you thought about using Square Marketing to boost your Yelp or Facebook reviews? Check out this product update for more details on this process.

I have been looking near and far on ways to add this so I am glad someone started a thread on this... although it seems little no progress has been made I am really hoping that Square allows this feature as it will boost sales and incentive to both buyers/clients and sellers.

Agreed - I tell my guests to not review us in Square because the ability to share or link this feedback is absent - despite this, we still get a good degree of positive feedback in Square Reviews - allow us to share this please!

Square reviews are actually a disservice to Square users. It's clear by the wording of these reviews that clients think they are posting a public review to help our business. When they post these reviews on Square they feel like they've already helped and are less likely to post reviews on Yelp or Google where potential customers may actually see them. Help!

Agree 110% with you Chris! Customers think they are doing something to help us and its completely wasted.
And yet again we see a thread started in 2016 - 4 years ago - and although lots of new features keep getting added this none is ignored. Getting more and more disappointed in Square. They keep saying they are listening to us and value our input but it doesnt appear anyone is actually listening.!

I totally agree, what is the point of a review if no other customer can see it? How can I turn reviews off on square as this takes potentially visible reviews away from real public reviews? Does anyone know how to turn this NOT "feature" off?

Square has the technology to make this possible! I am not sure why this have not been implemented yet. Maybe they are waiting to figure out a way to profit off it?

Apparently they are stalling and have no intention of making reviews transferrable to other sites, probably because they may feel they are promoting the competition. I too ask customers to use other means of reviewing my service, square reviews are currently useless- I already know my services are good!

Hey all. I am looking for a better no code solution, but for now I am using Zapier. TLDR Zapier lets you setup custom triggers between apps. I set up a zap (trigger) that sends an email after a transaction asking for a customer review with a link to Google reviews. Pretty easy to setup and free.

Guys cmon. We know the world of small business revolves around customer reviews! The first thing people do when they are thinking of trying a new business is google it! We NEED to be able to share reviews from square or have the review page after a payment be linked to our google review instead of square. This is a huge over-site that has been brought to the attention of developers nearly five years ago! There is so much integration now. There is no reason why this shouldn’t be a feature

I know at this point plenty of folks have left their opinion of the necessity of making these reviews public but I wanted to add our voice to the crowd. My hope is that like a petition if enough people speak up that Square will finally get around to making these public in some format.

This has been an issue for years and there are hundreds of complaints about it. I doubt you'll see it change anytime soon

I posted this before, but will repeat as it's helped me gather a nice handful of reviews since I implemented it. I am NOT affiliated with Zapier - matter of fact, I use their free plan.

I agree with everyone above. We need a way to share the feedback to other platforms or even if Square can make a feature to make them public so we have a place other potential clients can read them.
