Advanced Discount Options

Hello.  The many discount options are fantastic.  However, because all discounts can be manually applied even if they have automated settings, they all show up in the checkout process.  This makes the discount options very cluttered because many discounts are only designed to be automatically applied rather than added by a cashier.

Two requests:

1. Add the ability to hide discounts during checkout for those that are automated only.

2. Add the ability to order discounts rather than alphabetical.  Many discounts are used every day while others only occasionally.  We would like to move the frequently used discounts to the top of the screen without having to modify the titles for alphabetical.
