Add a "credit" amount to a customer directory profile

90% of all my transactions are via invoices. Sometimes I like to do giveaways during live sales. I would like to be able to send my customers an invoice or something similar and have a "credit" amount applied to their customer directory profile. 

From what I have read, the loyalty program does not integrate with invoicing and customers cannot use gift cards to pay for invoices.

If there is a better way to do this within Square, I am open to other suggestions.

@TheBowtree - I'm afraid there's not a way to add a credit to a client's profile and apply it to an Invoice. The best workaround is to apply a discount to the Invoice in the amount of your customer's credit. 

I've moved you  to the feature request board so we can track this request for you and I'll also flag this to the Customer Directory Team. I can see how important this is to you and I'm sorry that this feature isn't available yet. We'll share update here as soon as it's available.
