New loans are not automatically extended when a certain percentage repayment threshold is met. The business as a whole is evaluated, and multiple factors are taken into consideration. Some of the eligibility factors we take into account are listed here.
I can also see that you followed up on this thread where someone had a similar question. Unless you have recently had an information request form on your account, had your transfers suspended, or if you're seeing a message about being ineligible for loans you won't need to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Rest assured that we regularly evaluate Square accounts to offer you new loans. We're not able to predict when exactly, or if, a new offer will be extended.
