I have just setup my first square account and am holding an event at a venue. The venue has a Square pos reader for their door person to take entry fee and they have asked for our square account login so they can take payments for us, is this safe or could they view our bank and account details? Or is there a better way of managing this type of setup?

Hi @guiltfilter,
Thanks for reaching out! Giving someone your username and password would allow a high level of access to your Square account, however you bank details won't be fully viewable (just the last 3 digits via your Square Dashboard) and you'd still need to confirm any changes to bank account details via email, so there's that extra layer of security.
If you're just looking to have someone take payments on your account, the thing I'd recommend is the free version of Team Management - this will set up a login for someone to use your account with less permissions that you have as an Admin. Read more about Team Management here.
