How to set up for selling second hand goods at markets

Square seems to want me to set up each item I'll be selling, but as I am selling second hand goods, every item will be different, with a different price. How does Square handle this?

I can see this is your first post, welcome to the seller community.

If you want to track and categorise your sales by item then when you create an item, if you don't enter a price, then it becomes a variable price item (you enter at the time of transaction).

Alternatively you could just use your square device as a simple payment terminal and charge the total amount.
