I am creating my online store but don't want it to sync to my Square POS....is there a way that I can turn this feature off?
Will this cause any issues?

Hey @chilternbutcher,
Thanks for getting in touch. There's no way to turn off syncing between Square and Square Online Store altogether, due to how the two systems are built to work in conjunction with each other.
What you could do though, is create a separate location to use solely for your online store, and keep item inventory tracking separate between the two. So you could create a location in your Square account called "Your Business Name (Online Store)" and track a separate item inventory for this location.
