transferring domain to square
I am trying to transfer a domain I own FROM another provider to square. I have gone through the steps (getting a pin and verifying the transfer) and my domain is no longer showing active with my previous host.
However, when I try to go to any link from my original square site it tells me that the site is not secure and I cannot access. When I type in the actual domain name, it still takes me to the previous site.
will redirect to RodneyNorman.com but will not show anything.
When I type in RodneyNorman.com I get the old page
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

HI, did you adjust the DNS settings or was it a full transfer? A full transfer can take up to 14 business days.

It was a full transfer. The other documentation I read said it could take up to 7 days. I started the transfer 2/4. I probably would not have done it if I had known my site would be down for so long. I primarily sell online, so this has really been frustrating.

HI, yes, domains can be confusing and frustrating. Its only been 6 business days so it may need a few more days. Have you checked within Site Settings?

Best advice to all reading this, please purchase your domain name with a domain provider, then you have control, not the ecommerce platform. When you adjust the DNS settings, it only takes a few hours to show the domain.

I had an Existing Web Site Set up through Go-Daddy / When I was creating my Square account, I thought it would put a "go To Button" on my Site, Instead it took it over and over-wrote it. How can I change my Web Site back to my Site & not My Square Retail Site? I need Help!!!
