redeem egiftcard online
Once eGiftcards are enabled and available to buy online, how can they be redeemed from online?
I have two appointment type services available at present. These can be booked online. I don't see any options for accepting eGiftcards when the payment request is made - just credit card facilities.
How can eGiftcards be redeemed online (not POS)?

On the standard online store there's a section at the checkout - I'm not sure if they've actually made it to the appointments (I think that's where you're looking to use them?).

Hi @KarateGirlAimee, thank you for raising this! This is actually a feature request at the moment; there currently isn't an option to prepay for an appointment using an eGift Card. I'll flag this thread as a feature request thread instead so our Product team can track it.

So Appointments gives you the ability to set up and sell eGift Cards, but you then cannot redeem them?!
Bit of a conflict there.

Thanks for sharing your feedback @KarateGirlAimee, I can definitely appreciate how it isn't the most intuitive.
The ability to setup and sell eGift Cards are available to all Square sellers even without an Appointment setup. Right now, while it's possible to redeem eGift Card on the Square Online site, in the Point of Sale app and via Invoices, it just not an option for Square Appointment yet. I hope I'll be able to share an update on this thread soon!
