online booking

I would like to have a custom message that pops up when my patients are booking online.  I would like it to say something like "if you do not see a time available that works for you, please call us directly".

 

I would also like there to be a message before they book or right after, asking them if they have any medical conditions that they need to discuss prior to their visit

 

Is this something that can be done?

For your first ask, your best best is to add a section to your booking site (select the option for text) and add that message so your clients know to call for a better time slot. If you need step by step instructions on how to do this, reach out to our Appointments Team for a hand. 

 

For the second, there isn't a feature of that sort available. Hopefully future enhancements will include this request down the line.
