At the moment, adding a Google Pay or Apple Pay button to each individual product on your website is a feature request. But we can definitely see why this could be beneficial to you and your business! We'll make sure to pass it over to our product team so they can take it into consideration.
As an alternative, you could create a Buy Button and add it to your website as a convenient way to take customers directly to a checkout page. Create your buy button by generating a small piece of HTML code that you can embed on your website, blog, landing page or even the body of an email.
To create a Buy Button:
- In your online Square Dashboard, go to Online Checkout.
- Select Add button to website.
- Add a title, button text, and amount, and adjust the frequency of the payment.
- Add an optional image, and adjust the Advanced settings if needed.
- Click Continue to customize your buy button styles. These settings will be applied to all of your buy buttons.
- Select Copy to copy the HTML code, and paste it somewhere that accepts embeddable code.
