Why isn't shipping showing up in my shopping cart?

I have set the shipping option and for some reason, it does not show up in the shopping cart!

 

How the heck do I fix this!

Hey @everythinghores-

 

Welcome to the Seller Community 🎉 You won't see the shipping charge in the shopping cart, just in checkout. However, here are some additional instructions just in case: 

 

  1. Go to your Online Overview page.
  2. Select Settings > Shipping.
  3. Confirm the Shipping from address. This address is used to determine the shipping rates and carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) available in your location. If you’re shipping from a different location, click Edit Address and Save your changes.

The shipping region is automatically added based on your shipping address. You can set up additional regions if you are shipping to additional countries. To add a shipping region:

 

  1. Go to your Online Overview page
  2. Select Settings > Shipping.
  3. Click Add Region.
  4. Start typing to search for a specific location or select one from the drop-down list.
  5. You can Select States (or provinces/countries) to exclude specific areas. For example, if you will not be shipping to Hawaii, you can uncheck it from the list.

Tip: Add shipping exclusions and other information to the Store Policies in Settings > Checkout.

 

Once you've followed these instructions in detail, shipping should be enabled for your Square Online Store. Please let us know if not.
