Why haven't my recurring invoices gone out yet?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Square Invoices Scheduled today but haven’t gone out yet why?]

I have square invoices auto scheduled - they were supposed to go out today - but still say scheduled (it’s nearly 11am) - do they not send invoices on weekends?  Or is there a way to schedule the time they go out? I can’t seem to find it in settings.  Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your invoices. Have you by chance checked to see if the Invoices have been sent after looking into the recurring series? You can do so by visiting your Dashboard on your computer and selecting Invoices > Recurring > Click on the intended invoice > View Invoices > Look through the list of sent invoices and status updates of series.

Hi! I am also having an issue my recurring invoices that are scheduled for today have not been sent out and it's 10:30 local time. Did I do something wrong?

If you are still experiencing this issue I suggest you get in touch with our support team as soon as possible so they can look into it for you. They can also get this escalated if needed to our product team in case there is something that needs to be addressed.
