I forgot to check the box to collect taxes on an expensive product. I realize that I could try to contact the buyer and I've done that but they have not responded. Do I have any recourse other than to write off the loss and pay the taxes myself?
Thanks

Hey @Alan100!
I'm sorry that you're here under these circumstances, but this is something our Customer Success Team might be able to help with. So we can't retroactively charge this customer after the sale, although our Customer Success Team can reach out to the buyer upon your behalf as well. I know you've already done this, but maybe a second party reaching out might create a sense of urgency.
I couldn't help but notice the title of your thread sounds like a separate question. Were you interested in seeing how taxes breakdown on digital receipts?
