Why does the pick-up date I manually set on my online orders keep changing without me doing it?
We are selling some services through our online store. I removed an automatic pick-up date as pick-up is happening at a set time and date so I have manually been setting them. Our customers are stopping out and calling due to receiving an update that the service time has changed. When I go back and look at the order, it still says the same time I had manually set. I cannot find where the communication is coming from to look into settings and all my pick-up settings are set to manual. Am I missing something? Is this a glitch? It is quite frustrating and we are hoping will not cause revenue loss...

Unfortunately it does not. We are selling a class/service that can be ordered at any time but "picked up"/hosted one time at a set time on a set day. I have been manually setting pick-up times but now all our customers are getting text message about 36 hours after I set the time that says "change to your pick up time. It is now xxxxxxxx" and those are typically changed to two hours prior to when we want.
